Our leadership and co-development tables are 6-month programs that bring together community leaders to learn about leadership and to co-develop solutions with one-another, facilitated through our experts. We offer one program for executive directors, and another one for project/program managers. At the start of the program, we undertake skill assessments for a variety of soft that are key for community leadership, to identify the leadership styles of participants so that we can engage them and target their growth in a personal way.
The program then consists of monthly 2-hour sessions where the participants come together to receive training, and share and learn from one-another about strengths and challenges currently facing their organizations, and how they can either build on these strengths or mitigate these challenges. These sessions are then followed up by individual (one on one) coaching to better support the leaders in implementing what they have learned from the tables.
Our next cohorts are expected to launch in Fall of 2023. These should include two groups of executive directors, and two groups of project/program managers.

Inclusive of the soft skill assessments, 12 hours of group sessions, and 9 hours of individual coaching:
2,600.00 $ + taxes per participant, with a maximum of 9 participants per group
